I won't use names on this blog, but my sweet little niece had a birthday. Long story short she really wanted me to do a cake. I ran out of time and her Mom told her I couldn't do it. One look at her face and went home and started this cake at 10 p.m. and finished at 1 a.m. The look on her face when I gave it to her made it well worth it.
