I woke up the other morning and realized that it was my sis-in-laws birthday. I wanted to try a cherry blossom cake, and a new recipe, so I got up and started baking.....this is the result!Strawberry lemonade cake with lemon icing.

You seriously put me to shame! Where do you get your cake flavor ideas from? and your icing for that matter? Isn't this cake done in fondant? It is amazing- I think I definitely need more classes- what classes did you take? Please let me know!
